Tanxinghuo Cloud Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the Tanxinghuo Cloud Web service, iOS app, WeChat-assisted features, and the related enterprise ERP service.

Version: 2026.09.18Effective and updated: September 18, 2026
Before using the service, please read these Terms and thePrivacy Policyin full. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized by that organization. If a separately signed, valid service agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls the matters it addresses. An app obtained through the Apple App Store is also subject to theApple Standard End User License Agreement.

1. Contracting party and scope

The service is provided and operated by 杭州星瑾商贸有限公司 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). An organization customer provisions accounts for its staff and determines how organization business data is used. An employee user is a person authorized by that organization to use the service.

This page is the unified public Terms for version 2026.09.18. The currently verifiable official domain ishttps://starcraet.com.

2. User eligibility, organizational authorization, and administrator responsibilities

  • The service is intended for lawfully established organizations and their authorized staff who have the required legal capacity. It is not directed to children under 14.
  • Organization administrators are responsible for creating accounts, assigning job functions and least-privilege access, and ensuring that customer, supplier, employee, and business data is collected and entered from lawful sources.
  • Primary account holders and administrators must promptly address employee departures, role changes, lost devices, and unusual sign-ins. A departed employee's account should be archived; disabling an account must not alter historical business records.
  • Users must not share accounts, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, or permit unauthorized access to organization data.

3. Accounts, credentials, and security

Users must safeguard account names, passwords, verification codes, and signed-in devices. If credentials may have been compromised, change the password immediately and notify an organization administrator. Subject to organization settings, the system may restrict devices or IP addresses and revoke sessions after a password change, account deactivation, organization service expiration, or detection of a security risk.

“Remember password” is optional. On the Web, it is handled by the browser's password manager; iOS uses Keychain and Android uses Keystore. We will not ask users to provide a plaintext password through an unofficial channel.

4. Service features and business records

Tanxinghuo Cloud provides customer management, visits, quotations, sales reservations, sales, purchasing, inventory, delivery, accounts receivable and payable, receipts and payments, printing, notifications, and team collaboration. Available features depend on organization configuration, account permissions, and the current version.

Sales, inventory, receipts and payments, approvals, voiding, returns, exchanges, and delivery acceptance create auditable business records. Users must review information before submission. Historical errors should be handled through the system's reversal, void, return, or adjustment workflows, not by bypassing state controls, fabricating evidence, or directly changing the database to conceal what occurred.

System calculations, weather, routes, inventory alerts, and business analytics are work aids. They are not professional accounting, tax, legal, severe-weather, or road-safety assurances, and critical decisions must still be reviewed by the organization.

5. Organization data, user content, and authorization

The organization and other relevant rights holders retain their lawful rights in business data they upload or generate. To provide hosting, synchronization, backup, retrieval, printing, sharing, notifications, and troubleshooting, the organization authorizes us to store, copy, transmit, and process that data only as necessary to provide the service.

Users represent that uploaded text, images, signatures, speech-to-text results, customer information, and attachments do not infringe another person's rights or contain unlawful content. Organizations must maintain appropriate business review, financial recordkeeping, and data-export procedures. A cloud service does not replace original documents or statutory books that an organization is legally required to retain.

6. Location, camera, photos, speech, Bluetooth, and notifications

These capabilities are enabled only after user authorization and an affirmative user action. Continuous background location operates only when the organization has enabled it and the user has expressly started work or is carrying out a delivery task; it should stop when work ends. Camera and photo access support business attachments, watermarked evidence, and delivery acceptance. Microphone and speech recognition support user-initiated speech-to-text. Bluetooth connects compatible printers, and notifications deliver organization business alerts.

Users may withdraw permissions in system settings. Withdrawal affects only features that depend on that permission. For the detailed data scope, retention periods, and ways to disable access, see the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

Depending on organization configuration and user actions, the service may use Tencent Cloud infrastructure; Apple push notifications, maps, weather, and speech services; Amap; WeChat; Open-Meteo; Feie cloud printing; and Kuaidi100. Each third-party provider is responsible for its service, and its availability, rules, and handling of personal information are also governed by its own terms.

We seek to minimize the information sent to third parties, but we do not control interruptions, rule changes, or processing by carriers, app stores, map, weather, logistics, or cloud providers. The current provider list appears in the “Third-party services” section of the Privacy Policy.

8. Authorization term, fees, and renewal

Eligible organizations may create a separate organization workspace and owner account without an invitation or prior approval. The first 30 days are a free trial with no payment required. The person registering must be authorized to act for the organization and provide accurate organization and contact details.

The organization's service term, account count, service scope, fees, payment, renewal, refunds, and data-migration arrangements are governed by the organization activation page, quotation, or a separately signed service agreement. The app does not currently use Apple In-App Purchase to sell enterprise accounts or auto-renewing digital subscriptions to individuals.

After authorization expires, payment becomes overdue, or the organization terminates service, the platform may stop new entries and other write operations and provide a reasonable data-export window under the applicable agreement. Service suspension must not be used to alter existing business records.

9. Prohibited conduct

  • Using the service for unlawful business, fraud, money laundering, privacy violations, unlawful content, or infringement of third-party rights.
  • Attacking, scanning, or disrupting the service; bypassing organization isolation, permissions, idempotency, or security controls; or collecting data the user is not authorized to access.
  • Copying, renting, reselling, reverse engineering, modifying, or creating derivative products from the software or interfaces without permission, except where expressly permitted by law.
  • Submitting false location data, fabricating signatures, deleting audit facts, or using automation to create duplicate documents, inventory errors, or financial errors.

10. Maintenance, changes, and service availability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the service and may perform upgrades or short maintenance for security, compliance, performance, and product improvement. Networks, devices, carriers, cloud platforms, force majeure events, or third-party interfaces may cause delay or interruption. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that the service will always be error-free or available on every device and network.

If a core feature is discontinued or a change materially affects data processing or user rights, we will provide reasonable notice through a sign-in message, in-app announcement, organization administrator notice, or an update to this page.

11. Suspension, termination, employee departure, and data export

We may apply risk-control measures in response to unlawful use, attacks, serious unauthorized access, threats to another organization's data, or refusal to comply with a valid agreement. After emergency action, we will explain the reason and provide a channel for review where reasonably possible.

When an employee leaves, the organization administrator archives the account and transfers current responsibilities such as customer ownership. Historical sales, visits, financial records, and audit facts retain stable attribution. When an organization ends service, it may request export, deletion, or restriction of processing under the applicable agreement and the account deactivation and data request process, except for records that must be retained by law or for dispute resolution.

12. Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the software, page designs, programs, interface documentation, trademarks, and content other than organization user content belong to their lawful owners. These Terms grant the organization and its users only a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the service during a valid authorization term for internal business management.

13. Limits of responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The party responsible under applicable law bears losses directly caused by incorrect data entry, unauthorized configuration, account sharing, failure to perform timely review, prohibited conduct, third-party services, or force majeure. No limitation of liability affects rights in personal safety, privacy, or personal information that users have under applicable law.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland People's Republic of China. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through the organization's established service contact channel. If no agreement is reached, either party may bring a claim before a people's court with lawful jurisdiction. Mandatory protections for consumers or personal information rights continue to apply where required by law.

15. Updates and contact

Where separate consent is legally required, we will not treat continued use alone as that consent. Material changes will be presented again through a sign-in message, in-app announcement, or organization notice. When renewed consent is required by law, it will be obtained in the relevant workflow. This page continues to display the current effective version and date.
